[Module::Build] Can someone please give sourceforge a swift kick

After holding messages for ~ 3 days (which if I had seen, I could have 
saved myself some time yesterday looking into issues that had already 
been looked into), sourceforge now seems to be selectively letting 
messages through. Some messages I sent haven't showed up yet when I've 
sent other messages before and since that have gone through. I've also 
received CC'd messages that haven't yet shown up on the list....

Until it's straightened out, please CC me directly on all messages... 
assuming this goes through.
