[Module::Build] Link to cons

This is,somehow, little spammy. My apologies if this is an inconveniance.

Since you have a link to 'cons', an old, unmaintained sytem that is, IMVHO, 
not that good and that doesn't allow you to use 'strictness', maybe you could 
put a link to:

http://search.cpan.org/~nkh/PerlBuildSystem-0.35/

a new, maintained, quite good, easy and "forcing" you to stricness module.

PBS is more like make than cons/scons; it uses rules.

Version 0.40 of PBS is comming out very soon and it _is_ better but 0.35 will 
have to do the comming weeks. PBS welcomes new developers. Anyone wanting to 
build a gmake interface (bits are done in makepp)? Work on super 
parallelization of builds for extremely big systems (in the 100 miilions 
lines code)? Any help, comments, welcome.
