Hi Yitzchak,

I just got my laptop recovered this morning from a hard-drive crash  
over the weekend.  That's why I've been completely out of touch - bad  
timing!

To help my memory get back up to speed: is Tie::CPHash required just  
for testing, or also in runtime?  Stuff in t/bundled/ is only used  
during building and testing, not installed during the 'install' action.
