#5 Scrolling in Actions tab

Scrolling through the actions at present is a bit
unwieldy. If you click in the gaps in the scroll bar to
go a page at a time I find I lose track of which module
I am in. Clicking the arrows at the top and bottom of
the scroll bar is slow slow it's useless.

Could the arrows scroll by one action at a time? If not
could we have Next/Previous action buttons?

A clearer indicator of the currently selected action
would be helpful as well.
