#4 Selecting file from overview tab

If you are working on an existing mod you can jump to a
particular module by double clicking it in the File
Edits list on the overview page. The Actions tab is
selected with the OPEN action for the selected module
at the foot of the screen.

Would it be possible to have it with the OPEN at the
top of the screen? 9 times out of 10 you have to scroll
down to see what you want with it the way it is at present.
