DIY Instructions are away after activating interactiv feature

Every time I enable the "active content" in the Browser (in IE there appear a yellow line on the top and on the Firefox there were displayed a Confirmbox for it) the DIY Information of the manual are away. Only the title is display further more but the content of the diy box is away.

This can be a Bug of the xsl File for the page structure. But the phpBB Team say I should report it here. If it is a Bug in the phpBB XSL File then tell it to me and I report it once again to phpBB.
