SOAP for C++ / News: Recent posts

Ok, my initial plan for this project looks like this:

1) Create a problem statement defining the project and goals
2) Define as much of the solution as possible via design documentation
3) Create the home page
4) Set up the CVS repository
5) Coordinate with Jon and the Ensor project to see what make sense to port
6) Inform Apache and Xerces (Apache again) of this project
7) Create some r&d code to show proof-of-concept
8) Start development
9) Recruit others when possible
