#8 modnake 0.5.2 with apache 2.0.28

modsnake 0.5.2 (the latest in cvs) doesn't compile
with apache 2.0.28
the problem is in mod_snake_buffer.c:28
apr_bucket_heap_create needs an extra argument (the
number of bytes copied)
