#32 Mask Write Register (RTU) wrong behavior

03 16 00 02 42 10 00 03 5B A3
is interpreted as:
In=4210 And=5BA3 Or=9200 Out=C200
but should be interpreted as:
In=Register[2] And=4210 Or=0003 Out=..
