#31 TCP mask write register fails

Hello,
I tried a 'mask write register' (Function Code 0x16) with Modbus-TCP, received a positive confirmation but the addressed holding register did not change its value. And the log did not show the textual command like 'Read Register from..' with a function code 0x03.
The tracking log wrote:
TX: F0 3B 00 00 00 00 08 FF 16 00 01 FF FC 00 03
RX: F0 3B 00 00 00 00 08 FF 16 00 01 FF FC 00 03
