[OMPT-svn-commit] how to submit improvements to SVN commit ?

I succeeded to compile OpenMPT, I've modified the mptrack.vcproj file to add
and remove some links into  ( relabsoluness has forgotten to modify it...).
When I try to upload the new mptrack.vcproj, totoiseSVN ask me for a
username and a password.  How I can upload the file ?
