#2 mt2 support and more...

Full MT2 support would be cool :).. I am aware that
there is preliminary support in modplug, but it doesn't
work very well currently.

Also, it would be nice to see more controls available
in the config dialogs for panning, polyphony etc etc.
I was able to add a few of these, but I'm not a good
coder. I'd like to see it done right :).
