#31 mosaic grows verticallty each time it is refreshed on mac

This is due to bounding box being used to size the mosaic when the window is resized.
Because of the difference in sliders between operating systems the calculatioins are not the same as a constant heigth is being subtracted from the windo to establish how to fill the window with the mosaic.
