This has been implemented and deployed in rel 0.9.2. However, there seems to be a slight problem with the Max Frequency selector. It seems that either the slider numbers do not match the actual upper bounds, or the filtering operation doesn't filter correctly. See attached screenshot; the max freq slider is set to below 11, but the word 'the' (freq 18) appears in the mosaic.

Note also that the scaling isn't quite working; the bottom of the mosaic is 'ragged' when it should be perfectly rectangular.
