Replaced com.sun-depended JavaFX calls by OpenJFX API calls. (works on liberica jdk 8)

ComFre adapted to import data through java and pass to the JS webview as executable javascript strings. This gets around cross domain access issues. Added zoom and some text

Fixed makefile.

Comfre had major bug in html causing values from previous lists to sometimes get used in visualisation. Comfre performance changes and server changes should fix some issues. Metafacet fixed for local corpus. Needs some more changest to accept any xml or dtd structure. Mosaic Right click funtionality changed. No shows the same word at other poitions

Comfre fix: it was downloading entire list instead of subcorpus frequence. Also fixed for local corpus

Switched back to using full frequebcy list rather than cutting off low frequency words

List display interactions with mosaic were causing problems. the wrong context was being sorted and highlighting the selected lines was causing them to display left to right as the html was interpreted as English. Reversed colums and changes sort context
