Read Me

This will contain all XML-related documents.


After revision 7ea37bd, all existing headers need to be modified. They
contain attributes section@date_accuracy and section@period, which
were #REQUIRED in the previous version of the DTD and now are no
longer part of the DTD, and will generate a validation error if left
there. You might wish to use a regular expression in jedit to automate
this process of modification of the header files.
