#2 Avoid black window on startup with Kdenlive

When starting Kdenlive, piave displays it's window
and quickly hides it. This happens due to the
slightly hackish way that libSDL is embedded into the
Kdenlive window.

I'm going to see if I can find a way to prevent the
window flashing up - presumably by finding or adding
some kind of support into libSDL.
