#1 Literal length + Oracle sample.

Hi!

I am sending patch that makes string field length
configurable (as default all string fileds had in Jboss
length 255) + oracle compatible sample file (user is
keyword in Oracle so example with 'User' bean does not
work I have changed it to 'UserData', so it works).

I am sending you new + modified files + html diff of them.

I added also in this patch modified castorSourceGenerator.
cmd, so it generates sources directly into src directory (no
need to copy generated sources into src).
