I agree with you and soif, this is important.

Planned in the 0.9 series (after the question by soif asking for a
long-term planning, I'll comment on the 0.9 series later)

  Last addition: I remember Yannick Gingras saying that it can be useful
  to be able to comment on a model -- 1.0 will add a comment attribute
  in Model, Entity, Attribute and Relationship.
