        Hi all,

  The Modeling's core v0.8.3 has just been released.

  It contains a rewrite of the UserGuide's Chapter 2. Defining a model
has been rewritten. The subject of this chapter is not centered on the
ZModeler anymore, rather it provides a full description of the
xml-format used to define a model.

  Additionally a new command-line python script 'validate_model.py' has
been added. It is now possible to validate a model apart from the
ZModeler.
