#28 Add projectdialog

Add a project dialog that is shown at startup to open
a new / recent / existing project file.

new - works as new project file from menu
recent - shows all recent files which is already
stored in the settings.xml file
existing - shows a file / directory dialog

The showing of this dialog should be configurable in
the settingsdialog
