[Model-builder-users] help

hello:
I teach in  UCLV and I think  Model Builder is a software to be considered for incorporation into teaching.
I downloaded a few days ago with the aim of value for certainly merge in my subject (structural dynamics) as a platform for the solution of ODE but found no documentation, "http://sourceforge.net/projects/model-builder/support" I suggest that the best help I can find you.
My questions are:
1. What is the format to write the system of differential equations.
2. How to define the initial conditions.
3. I took a sample that came in a package and not even run the solution gives a message of why this happened.
