#3 CentOS6 build fails: libtool: Version mismatch error.

The build currently fails on CentOS6 due to a version mismatch error with libtool:

libtool: Version mismatch error. This is libtool 2.4.2 Debian-2.4.2-1ubuntu1, but the
libtool: definition of this LT_INIT comes from libtool 2.2.6b.
libtool: You should recreate aclocal.m4 with macros from libtool 2.4.2 Debian-2.4.2-1ubuntu1
libtool: and run autoconf again.

The attached patch, along with "aclocal && libtoolize --copy --install --force && autoreconf" works around this problem.
