Apache: mod_cpp / News: Recent posts

Beginning 2/2, I will be writing, as well as gathering from the community, a full requirements documentation for mod_cpp. All feedback and suggestions welcomed with open arms! :)

This is my first serious open-source project, and I am hoping that my rather "corporate" development style will be of use. (requirements, detailed design, testing, etc.)
