[Modcplusplus-user] New tarball...

I have made some changes and bug fixes (for those of you on the 
mod...@li... you've seen the commits) and 
started bundling tarballs with auto tools.  

i'm calling it GA2 - but now bug fix versions will start happening.  if 
anyone is using these tarballs lemme know if you have problems (otherwise 
cvs should work fine).
