I've miss a thing ! To use this contrib you must modify Apache LogFormat and
CustomLog directives to use extended format (See %V parameter)
LogFormat "%V %h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b \"%{Referer}i\" \"%{User-Agent}i\""
extended
CustomLog /var/log/apache2/access.log extended
