[modcfgldap-users] Apache 1.3 support

Could someone with experiences in making modules
for BOTH Apache v2.x and 1.3 see if they can make
the module compile for Apache version 1.3?

I can't/won't upgrade just yet, but I'd like to try out
ModCFGLDAP again (I tried an old version which didn't
work very well for me).
