I'm a new user of mod_cfg_ldap.
I've searched for a very long time for this kind of module.
It's great !

I think that I will do a debian package soon !

Few comments about your modules :
- objectClass apacheConfig could be
"SUP top STRUCTURAL" instead of  "SUP to AUXILIARY"
I've got few problems to create my LDAP entry with AUXILIARY.
- Support for Logfile (access, error) per virtualhost.
- Support for SSL

May I could help you in your project.
I'm a newbie in apache module but I've got experience in ldap.
