Hi,
I am trying to use the simulator, I use RS232 connection. I only ever get error messages back down the serial line, no matter what RTU message I send
The error message I get is 01 83 01 80 F0
Below are the messages I send (and the replies from ModbusTools slave simulator) proving that the queries to the simulator are good.
Dear Tom,
The latest release of ModbusPal seem to have a problem when it comes to open a savec project file. The source code contains a fix regarding that issue, so I suggest that you download the source code and build it.
Best regards,
nnovic

What have I done wrong ???
Also it would be nice to have a comms terminal window to view the real time comms.
Best regards ... Tom
