#5 basic_admin_commands

[Necromancer]

includes the following commands:

kick - kicks a player off the server
usage: !kick [name] [reason]
uses pb kick (QW kick does not display reason)

mute - mutes a player
usage: !mute [name]

unmute - unmutes a player
usage: !unmute [name]

putteam - moves a player to a spacific team
usage: !putteam [name] [team]

[team] can be:
g|gdf - GDF team
s|strogg - Strogg team
n|spec - spectator team

restart - restarts the map
usage: !restart

!shuffle - shuffle the teams
usage: !shuffle [xp|random]
default shuffle is by xp

start - starts the game (all ready - warmup countdown begins)
usage: !start

test - shows a little message in-game and modbot log to test if its runing
usage: !test

timelimit - change the map time limit
usage: !timelimit [time in minutes]

warn - shows the player that he was warned (doesnt show reason)
usage: !warn [name]

once we get someking of a !listplayer command we would also need to add slot compability for the commands...

!ban: bans a player off the server (using pb)
usage: !ban [name] [time in minutes] [reason]
if no time specified the ban is permanant

!unban: unbans a player
usage: !unban [player|guid]

also patched the command's load.lua
shouldnt cause any troubles.
