#24 apache 2.2 on win server 2012

Hello! I need to compile the module and add it to my apache 2.2.25 (running on windows server 2012) - is it possible theoretically? (I've read all tickets, and seems I can use visual studio to compile it) Please let me know if you can, what version of visual studio to use? (if it's possible to run later on win 2012)
