mod_adbanners is the core of Andover.Net's home-brewed
ad banner delivery system used on web sites such as Slashdot and Freshmeat. This ad delivery system consists of
an Apache web server module (mod_adbanners.c) and
a few CGI perl scripts for administrating ad delivery. Code is
