mod_tidy 0.5.4 released

Some days ago we have released mod_tidy 0.5.4.
New beside some minor changes (see changelog) is that we have now also most wanted binaries of the module on the project page for download. If someone wants to contribute binaries for other platforms please post in the project's developer forum, or contact the project admins.
