No. ModSecurity for Apache will always be free. ModSecurity Pro is
just another name for ModSecurity + Certified ModSecurity Rules +
binaries (starting with v2) + support. I have big plans for
ModSecurity but for them to come true ModSecurity needs to start
paying my bills.
Hopefuly there will be a revenue stream coming from the organisations
that can afford to licence ModSecurity. Another might come from
ModSecurity Console (which will not be free).
