[mod-security-users] Version 2.9.4 released?

There's a 2.9.4 tag in GitHub (a few days old), but CHANGES says July 14 
2021 as release date.

So is that a typo in CHANGES and it was already released (what date 
please?), or is the tag just a release candidate or similar and you 
expect to release on July 14th? I couldn't find a release announcement.

For 90% of the functionality, you can go and read the v2.x manual. For the
remaining 10% - which are hard to identify - you are a bit left on your own
devices.

There is a release that went out few seconds ago. I am not sure about this typo. Do you happens to have the commit hash?
