[mod-security-users] Disabling for a vhost.

I'm experiencing a little problem using mod_security with a CMS on a
vhost.  I cannot seem to locate the proper syntax for disabling the
filtering for a specific domain.

Can someone tell me the commands I need to disable the protecting in a
vhost config?
