i got modsecurity rules from

the directive SecFilterRemove doesn't work it gives me
> Invalid command 'SecFilterRemove', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a
> module not included in the server configuration
Because i work with joomla cms i need some rules leting me work without
secfilter  stops me ,how cai i achieve this ?
