[mod-security-users] LocationMatch

Ok,

I read LocationMatch documentation, but i couldn't find any easy and 
practical way of write the location i tryied this way:

/pelo/

<LocationMatch /[pP][eE][lL][oO]/>
secfilter hola
</LocationMatch>

it works fine but it's not easy to write, anyone know a better way to do 
this?
