[mod-security-users] Custom 403 error Message

Hi Team,

I tried searching a lot but most of the time I found this functionality can
only be achieved using Apache.but not with nginx.

Is it really possible to display custome 403 error messages with a nginx as
a reverse proxy mode instead of default nginx 403 Forbidden message?
