[Mod-security-developers] Windows 2012 R2 IIS 8.5 not working

I have installed modsecurity on Windows 2012 R2 with IIS 8.5.  Events are
showing in the windows event log with SecRuleEngine DetectionOnly.  My
ASP.NET sites will load, but I can't login to them.  As soon as I disable
modsecurity from the machine web.config I can login.

 

Anyone have this working on IIS 8.5?
