[Mod-security-developers] [Slightly OT] Updated mod_security packages for RHEL/CentOS 6 and 7

Hi,

As you may know, mod_security packages on RHEL/CentOS 6 and 7 are
slightly old (or stable if you like);

So I have setup a repo [1] that tracks Fedora rawhide (aka devel)
packages which are more up-to-date (currently 2.9.0), I usually update
it after pushing the packages to Rawhide.
