[Mod-security-developers] Mutex lock issue with modsecurity + nginx + apr

I am using modsecurity with nginx it always crashes when i turn on audit
logging as its unable to find the mutex [apr_global_mutex_create() not
returning the mutex].Whey apr is unable to get the mutex is there any
specific reason for this. Is this an issue of modsecurity or APR module.
