That is a very old version (current is v2.7.7). Can you upgrade?

OWASP CRS rules are here - https://github.com/SpiderLabs/owasp-modsecurity-crs however they most likely use newer features than what you have. We don't back port all new rules to old versions. If you want to use them, you need to upgrade.
