According to the documentation [0] it should read:

<ModSecurity enabled="true" configFile=" c:\inetpub\wwwroot\owasp_crs\modsecurity_iis.conf " />

*not*

<modsecurityIIS enabled="true" configFile="c:\inetpub\wwwroot\owasp_crs\modsecurity_iis.conf" />

Hi all,

This is Saravanan.I am new to ModSecurity.I am trying to work with ModSecurity in IIS 7.5.I installed ModSecurityIIS_2.7.4 and as instructed i put below config details inside <system.webServer> tag in web.config file . 

 

<modsecurityIIS enabled="true" configFile="c:\inetpub\wwwroot\owasp_crs\modsecurity_iis.conf" />   

 

But .NET not recognized this syntax. I used MS Visual Studio 2012 Express for Web.

 

Request you all to give any idea to solve the problem.
