[Mod-security-developers] Availability of ModSecurity 2.7.0-RC2 Release Candidate

The ModSecurity Development Team is pleased to announce the availability of
ModSecurity 2.7.0-RC2 Release Candidate.
This version includes small bug fixes specially under Windows platform. I
want to thank Steffen (ApacheLounge) for that.
