[Mod-security-developers] Patch to fix build on non-Linux GNU systems

Hi,

A couple of months ago a bug was reported in the Debian BTS [1] on the
failure to build mod-security on non-Linux Debian systems (kfreebsd and
hurd). The patch included in the bug report has been successfully tested
now and I'd like you (mod-security developers) to consider it (actually
just the configure.ac should be enough) for inclusion.
