Hi All,

I am new to the material, yet, went over the code and have few simple
questions

1.  re_tfns.c -- are those transformation functions compatible with the
owasp codecs?

2.  I also noticed that owasp's canonical decoding functionality from the
aspect of
    recognizing dual encoding seems to be implemented within the rules, are
those two
    have the same effect?
