Thanks for creating this.

HUGE +1 from me.

While the ipMatch feature is nice, I absolutely want the performance
of @pmf. That's priority no.1.

Hope this functionality is applied soon in an upcoming version. This
alone will make mod_security a must have in the web admin arsenal.
