[Mod-security-developers] Autotools results shouldn't be in the SCM

Trying to patch a single file causes a whole lot of files to be
different in the checkout, which makes it a burden to keep in sync with
upstream. It would be much better if all the autotools results weren't
in the SVN tree at all.
