You have mod_headers right ?
If so, maybe the first rule of modsecurity_crs_49_header_tagging.conf is skipping to the SecMarker ?

The variable TX:/WEB_ATTACK/ is set in different .conf files, make sure you have them enabled too.

For some reason this has completely stopped working for me. I have some systems set up and everything is fine. I was setting up some new systems today and I am no longer getting the headers passed down. I'm using modsec 2.7.2 and the crs from git. Any help troubleshooting this is greatly appreciated!
